Authorities in Sri Potti Sriramulu Nellore district have announced recruitment for medical and health positions. A total of 13 vacancies will be filled through outsourcing, with applications open until February 20.
Vacancies and Eligibility Criteria
The available positions include:
General Duty Attendant – 9 posts
Postmortem Assistant – 3 posts
Biostatistician – 1 post
Applicants for General Duty Attendant and Postmortem Assistant roles must have completed Class 10. Those applying for the Biostatistician position must hold a degree, with mandatory coursework in Mathematics and Economics for BA graduates. Candidates with a B.Sc. in Mathematics or Statistics are also eligible.
Age Limit and Relaxation
Eligible candidates must be between 18 and 42 years of age as of July 1, 2025. Age relaxations apply:
SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates receive a five-year relaxation.
Persons with disabilities (Divyang) qualify for a ten-year relaxation.
Ex-servicemen receive a three-year age concession.

Applicants must submit completed forms to the District Coordinator of Hospital Services (DCHS) Office, located on the first floor of Old Jubilee Hospital, near the Vegetable Market in Nellore. The deadline for submission, along with all required documents, is 5 PM on February 20, 2025.
